Michelle joined the company in February 2024 as Responsible Investment Manager in the Investment team to oversee and co-ordinate our integrated responsible investment strategy. Michelle works with the team to ensure effective ESG integration across asset classes and responsible stewardship through our engagement and voting practices. Michelle chairs the Responsible Investment Working Group. She has 25 years’ experience in responsible business strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement across many sectors including Financial Services, Charities and the public sector.
