Tom joined the company in August 2025 as a Business Development Manager. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with professional financial advisers across the Midlands. He has spent his professional career to date working in the investment management and wealth industries in the UK. He has worked for Coutts & Co, Morgan Stanley, and The Blackfinch Group and is proud to say he loves his job especially working with financial advisers. Tom graduated from Newcastle University in 2008 with a degree in Ancient History. He has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Oxford University Private Markets Investment Programme. Tom is married with two daughters and enjoys all things sport, music, literature, ice baths, and investments. He has completed a few marathons, an ultra-marathon, has an awful padel back hand and his favourite book is On the Road by Jack Kerouc.
